airBaltic carries 1.5 million passengers between Riga and Germany

Riga. During the last five years Latvian airline airBaltic has carried more than 1 566 327 passengers between Riga and its five destinations in Germany, including Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Dusseldorf and Frankfurt. From Riga airBaltic serves over 60 destinations, offering convenient connections to the Baltics, Scandinavia and the CIS.

Wolfgang Reuss, SVP Network Management: “Germany has been a stable and important market for airBaltic since the establishment of the company. Last month we saw the biggest traffic between Riga and Germany during the past five years. It shows that more passengers choose airBaltic for its price, service, punctuality and number of convenient connections available.”

In addition to the five direct services from Riga, airBaltic also performs direct flights from Berlin to Tallinn and Vilnius as well as Munich and Vilnius.

A complete schedule of airBaltic flights can be found on the company’s homepage at www.airbaltic.com.
